Often it can sound like nutrition is hit or miss. But the truth is that we have many scientific tools to help us determine the best diet for our unique body. Is Intermittent Fasting, Paleo, Keto or Mediterranean the key? Dr. Brown will provide you with a nutrition plan that will produce the best results for you, so you can avoid trial and error.

During the first phase of your program, you will work with Dr. Brown to create a plan for your personalized Well66 program. You will meet one-on-one to discuss your assessment and create measurable goals. All recommendations and program design will be completely customized for your unique needs. You will receive a written program that you can refer back to at any time for years to come.
The challenge starts on your choice of Monday in January. The first week is all about getting started on the right foot. Expect to be in daily communication with your coach, to have all your questions answered, and to complete the week feeling confident in your plan. During this phase you will begin to establish better nutrition and exercise habits.
Throughout the program we will be working on stress management and mindset. Mindful Mondays begin on your second week. Each Monday you will receive a lesson on Mindful Stress Reduction techniques. By the end of the program you will have new tools to help you reduce stress.
At this point you will be several weeks into the program and ready to reassess and tweak. You will complete a brief assessment. You will meet with Dr. Brown and your coach to make sure you are on the right track.
During this part of your program we will delve into sleep habits, while continuing to work through the nutrition and exercise aspects of the program. Although sleep often takes a back seat to nutrition and exercise, sleep is the foundational pillar.
More and more scientific research is showing how essential our environment is to our health. By this point in the challenge you feel confident in your nutrition and exercise habits. We will spend some time focusing on our environment. From decluttering your home to improving your air quality to spending more time outside to learning ways to foster your microbiome, this phase considers the impact of the environment on your wellness.
In the last two weeks of your program, we will begin to assess and consider next steps. Dr. Brown will review your progress with you. You and your health coach will develop a plan for you to continue your wellness journey. We will make sure you leave with a plan that you can implement on your own.

What happens after I register?
We will reach out to you after the holiday weekend to get you started on your evaluation with Dr. Brown. We will begin working with you to clear any obstacles to your success starting in January.
How much time will I need to spend?
You will need to invest at least 1 hour per day for exercise and other supportive activities. During the first weeks you should set aside some extra time for meal prep, as it will be new and you may need some time to adjust.
Are there any additional costs involved?
No. Dr. Brown may make recommendations for particular tools, exercise equipment and diagnostics, but none will be required for the program.
Can anyone complete this program?
Yes. The program is customized for you and you alone and can be modified to suit your needs.
I can't start on January 17th. When will you offer the challenge again?
At this time we don't have an exact date, however, we plan to offer it again in the spring.
